Standard Shipping
It may take anywhere from 5-7 business days for the standard US addresses. While we make every effort to ship all orders within that time frame, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make guarantees on shipping dates. This is the time frame it takes to leave our facility, once it is scanned you will receive a tracking number so you will be able to track it right to your door.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is 2-4 Business days.
For example, an order placed on Sunday will not be sent until Monday making the first business day Tuesday. Business days go by 24 hours.
Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method, or edit your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
In store pick up is offered at checkout free of charge! Pickup times depend on store business hours. Please allow half a working day to process.
Please note: You have five full business days to pick up an order after it is placed. Your order will be cancelled and your items will be restocked if not picked up and your payment will be reversed and should appear within 3 days depending on your bank.
General Information
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have packaging and tags on (if applicable).
All returns must be reported within 30 days from delivery date. Once the label has been received, you will have 7 days to ship the item(s) back, or your return will be canceled
ALL garments are subject to inspection. We do NOT want your pet hair, last night’s dinner, or deodorant on any merchandise you send back to us.
We can exchange an item for anything of equal or lesser value (from any category) that is still shown as available on our website in your desired size.
In-Store Returns/Exchanges
If you purchased a product online you will have the option to return the product in store with the original receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a defective item the following is required for return, take a photo including the receipt that is included in each shipment. Just be sure to choose ‘other’ as your return reason and provide photos.
This policy lasts 30 days after the tracking status shows delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that some items may be a FINAL sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed after being marked as delivered.
We at Alpha Ape Tactics. want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it ASAP after you place it. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or or make edits to the order.
